Our team will review your enquiry before confirming options.

Build a safari around the experiences that matter to you. Use the enquiry form to share your travel dates, group size, interests, accommodation preference and approximate budget. Our team will turn those details into practical options for you to review. Sending the form is an enquiry, not a payment or a confirmed booking.

Start with your available time

Tell us your preferred arrival date and the number of days you can spend in Tanzania. If your flights are booked, include the arrival and departure arrangements in your message. If they are not booked, let us know which parts of the schedule are flexible.

Think about recovery after a long flight and the time needed for your final airport transfer. A safari is more comfortable when the route leaves room for real driving distances and occasional delays. Do not feel you need to choose every park before you contact us.

Who is traveling?

Give the total group size and tell us whether children are included. Mention children’s ages, room-sharing preferences and whether the group is celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary or other occasion. These details help us ask accommodation providers the right questions.

Share practical needs early, such as reduced walking, dietary requirements or a preference for shorter transfer days. We can investigate arrangements that support your comfort. Provider policies and availability still need confirmation, so the more specific your information, the more useful our proposal can be.

Choose your safari interests

Wildlife viewing, the migration, photography, cultural experiences and beach relaxation can fit into a journey in different ways. Tell us your top priorities and identify which are optional. A focused plan often gives you more time to enjoy each experience.

If river crossings are your interest, allow suitable nights in the migration area rather than treating them as a guaranteed day trip. If landscapes and a quieter pace matter more, we can discuss alternatives to the busiest locations. Use our seasonal guide to understand the broad trade-offs.

Describe your accommodation level

Select a starting accommodation preference in the form, then explain any essential facilities in your message. Comfort, luxury and premium luxury describe a range of properties; the actual location, room layout and service details matter more than the label.

Tell us if you prefer lodges, tented camps, fewer hotel changes or a particular property. For families, discuss room configuration and activity restrictions. For a beach extension, mention whether you want easy swimming, a quieter shoreline or convenient access to Stone Town.

Set a useful budget range

Include the currency and say whether the amount is per person or for the whole group. Clarify whether international flights are outside the budget. It is perfectly reasonable to provide a range and ask us to explain which changes make the biggest difference.

When comparing quotations, look at the complete service list rather than only the total. Accommodation standards, park days, vehicle arrangements, included meals and transfers can change the value of a package. We will explain proposed inclusions and exclusions so you can make an informed decision.

Follow the enquiry steps

The first step collects dates, travel month, group size and route ideas. The second asks about budget, accommodation and interests, with space for questions. The final step records your name, email and optional WhatsApp number so our team can contact you.

You can go back before sending the form to review the information. Choose an email address you check regularly and include a country code with your phone number. If the form reports that it could not send, retry after checking the details or use WhatsApp +255 768 906 023.

From enquiry to confirmed itinerary

After reviewing your enquiry, we may ask follow-up questions and then propose an itinerary and quotation. Review the route, accommodation, travel times, inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule. Ask for changes before confirming if the pace or priorities do not feel right.

Availability may change before booking, so a proposal is not a permanent hold on accommodation. When you decide to proceed, follow the confirmed payment process and the terms supplied for that booking. Prepare entry documents, insurance and any professional health advice alongside the travel arrangements. The aim is a clear, comfortable plan you understand before departure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I enquire without a fixed budget?

Yes. Give your preferred travel style and the experiences that matter most. We can explain options, but even a broad budget range helps avoid proposing arrangements that do not fit your expectations.

Can the itinerary include Zanzibar?

Yes. Mention the beach nights you want and any international connections. We will discuss a realistic order of parks and flights so the safari and beach stay work together.

What happens when I press Send Enquiry?

The website sends your details to our team for review. A thank-you message appears if the mail service accepts the enquiry. No payment is taken and no booking is automatically confirmed.
